If you have our service “ActiveSync” it is a bit different compared with IMAP or POP when setting it up in the email program.
When you add your email address select type “Exchange” and the program will find the settings automatically. Only type the username and password for that account.
If you need to add servers, please use the following:
Incoming mailserver: mail.smartemail.se
Outgoing mailserver: mail.smartemail.se
