Sadly this is not uncommon that it looks like spam is comming from your email address but in reality it is not.
To reduce the risk you have to add SPF-record on your domain (DNS editor). Default on new DNS services this is already set up but you can configure what email servers you should be allowed to send from with your email addresses under the domain name.
”v=spf1 a mx a:smtp2.smartemail.se a:smtp3.smartemail.se a:smtp4.smartemail.se mx:mail.smartemail.se -all”
If you are sending from other mailservers (booking systems, invoices etc. you can add this:
a:other.mailserver.com before a:smtp2.smartemail.se
