If you can't login to the webmail you probably have the wrong password. Via our webmail you can click "Forgot your password?” and an email will be sent to the selected backup address. If you don't have one, then you must contact us via ticket system.
Notice that if you try to login with wrong password (several times in a short period of time) your IP-address will be blocked for 15 minutes. You can check your IP-address here and get back to us so we can remove the lock.
